Service Improvements and Schedule Adjustments Coming To Metro This Spring

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience, starting March 2, 2025, seven Metro fixed routes will see schedule and run-time adjustments.
The following routes will have new schedules: Rts. 6, 27, 36, 37, 43, 65, and 77. These routes have had their schedule and run-times modified to better reflect traffic conditions and ridership.

Printed schedules may be picked up at the Metro Sales Office, located downtown in the Mercantile Building, at 120 E. Fourth St., across from Government Square. The Sales Office is open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For additional information, call Metro’s Customer Care Center at 513-632-7575, open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
