Metro to provide fare-free rides on all services on Reds’ Opening Day, March 28.

Cincinnati – No other city does Opening Day quite like Cincinnati, and to celebrate, Metro is thrilled to provide safe and reliable transportation to and from festivities by offering fare-free rides on Opening Day, Thursday, March 28. All Metro services will be fare-free, including Metro fixed-routes, Access paratransit, and MetroNow! on-demand services.

“Metro has been getting people to the ballpark since the days of the Big Red Machine,” said Brandy Jones, Metro’s SVP of External Affairs. “With our recent expansion of services, we now provide even more ways to connect across the region and cheer on the Reds throughout the 2024 season.”
