MetroNow! is on demand service that will launch a second zone in July

Innovative service to launch in Mt. Healthy/Northgate zone.

CINCINNATI – Starting July 11, Metro’s new innovative on-demand service, MetroNow!, will launch its second zone in the Mt. Healthy/Northgate neighborhoods following the successful launch of the Springdale/Sharonville zone on May 22.

For just $2 a trip customers traveling within the two pilot zones may book their trip through the MetroNow! app or by phone by calling 513-551-5555. Once scheduled the shuttle-style MetroNow! vehicle will arrive at or within a short walk from their location and deliver them to their destination of choice within the zone, which includes portions of Woodlawn, Glendale, Colerain Township, North College Hill and more.

MetroNow! service operates between 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. and weekends between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Each vehicle can accommodate eight riders with space for two ADA mobility devices. This new service has become a game changer for helping customers better connect to employment, shopping, family and entertainment, as well as connect to Metro transit centers and routes along major corridors.

Additional zones are planned for launch throughout the county in 2024 including:
• Blue Ash/Evendale
• Bond Hill/Roselawn
• Montfort Heights/Finneytown
• Pleasant Run North
