Joined by city, neighborhood and civic leaders, Metro celebrated three improved West End bus shelters during a ribbon-cutting on Sept. 21.

Effective Sept. 5, William Spraul will be re-joining Metro as its new Vice President of Operations. Spraul will be responsible for delivering Metro’s services to ensure operational excellence.

To assist Hamilton County residents with the upcoming special election on Aug. 8 in Ohio, all Metro fixed-route, Access paratransit and MetroNow! trips will be free to ride that day.

Metro is hosting an Operator Career Fair on Saturday, July 29 at our Queensgate Division (1401 Bank Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45214) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The new connection will go into effect with routine, quarterly service improvements planned to go into effect Sunday, Aug. 13.
