CINCINNATI – Metro and Access will operate on a regular schedule on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 16. Metro’s call center will remain open, however, the sales and administrative offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Metro is on a regular schedule because many businesses are open and the reduced level of holiday service would make it difficult or impossible for many people to get to work. Metro’s fare is the same every day.

On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Metro’s bus dedicated to Rosa Parks will participate in the 42nd Annual Commemorative March, sponsored by the Martin Luther King, Jr. Coalition of Greater Cincinnati on Monday. The march is open to the public and begins at the Freedom Center at 10:30 a.m., proceeds to Fountain Square, and on to the Taft Theatre. For more information about this event, visit www.mlkcoalition.org.

For complete bus information, call Metro at 513-621-4455, weekdays 6:30 a.m. to

6 p.m. or visit www.go-metro.com.
