Delivery of PassesPasses will be mailed to you via regular U.S. Mail within two (2) to four (4) business days from the date your transaction is processed. Passes can be mailed only to the verified billing address. There is no charge for shipping or handling. SORTA/Metro is not responsible for passes that are lost, stolen or delayed in the mail.
